ERGONOMIC MOULDING STATION
This station enables moulding operations to be ergonomic, fast and safe, minimising the operative’s effort.
The combination of a modular infeed belt, a scissor system for raising racks and a working platform make moulding tasks easy and comfortable.
SEMI-AUTOMATIC MOULDING STATION
Reliability, versatility and ease of use combine in a single compact moulding station, giving excellent regularity in semi-automatic production:
- Automatic mould loading and unloading with ergonomic manual product filling.
- High production capacity: up to 5 multiple moulds per minute
- Automatic loading system for large pieces for slicing. (optional)
- Rack buffer with tandem mobile system. (optional)
